Orders & Payment:
Orders are not confirmed until payment is received. Because our baked goods are made fresh and quantities may be limited, we recommend placing orders in advance.
Cottage Food Notice:
Issa’s Baking Co. is a home-based bakery operating under Michigan’s Cottage Food Law. Products are prepared in a home kitchen that has not been inspected by the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Pickup:
Please arrive during your scheduled pickup time. If you’re running late or need to arrange another time, please reach out as soon as possible.
Allergies:
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts. Please review individual product ingredients before ordering if you have an allergy or dietary concern.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Due to the homemade and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not available once an order has been prepared.
If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes that are requested before baking has begun.
